Welcome to Ardent Wholesale (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://ardentwholesale.co.uk and any purchases you make from the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases of goods from the site, including wholesale and trade orders placed by registered customers. Separate pages apply for our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy; these form part of these Terms by reference.

3. Ordering & acceptance

  1. Placing an order on the site constitutes an offer to purchase the products.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Order confirmations are not acceptance of your offer. Acceptance and the contract occur when we dispatch the goods and you receive a dispatch/consignment notification.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including problems verifying payment or billing information, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

4. Price, tax & payment

  1. All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
  2. You are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applicable to international orders.
  3. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site. We use secure payment processing; payment card details are not stored on our servers.

5. Product descriptions & availability

  1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, inadvertent errors may occur. If a product’s correct price is less than the stated price, we will charge the correct (lower) price. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.
  2. Product availability may change. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will inform you and offer a refund or alternative.

Shipping, delivery times, costs, and carriers are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. For Google Merchant compliance, our Shipping & Delivery Policy and estimated delivery times are available and visible on the Site and within product pages.

7. Returns & refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy describes how to return items, eligibility, return timeframes (our current policy: returns within 15 days of receipt), how refunds are processed, and any fees that apply. The returns process and expected refund timing are clearly explained on the Refund & Returns page.

8. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have statutory cancellation and returns rights in addition to our returns policy (including the right to cancel certain distance contracts within a statutory period). Those statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

9. Cancellations & order changes

You may request order changes or cancellation by contacting us at info@ardentwholesale.co.uk or +44 7830 194368 as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed or dispatched.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, images, logos and trademarks, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse site content without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ardent Wholesale will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Ardent Wholesale harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms, misuse of the site, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability & waiver

If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that clause will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you have a different legal right under applicable consumer protection laws.
