Ardent Wholesale accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers. Customers are charged at the time the order is placed; invoices and receipts are emailed after payment is processed.

All prices shown include VAT where applicable; any mandatory government taxes and duties are added at checkout. Any non-government additional fees (handling, expedited processing) will be disclosed before payment and bundled with the applicable shipping or service charges.

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and trusted payment processors—card details are not stored on our servers. If you have a billing dispute, please contact us within 30 days so we can investigate.
